EscrowTab - IPEN Notarization

IPEN stands for In-Person Notarization.  IPEN occurs when a borrower and signing agent (or TIPIC) are in the same location and the borrower applies electronic signatures to documents.  A signing agent ( or TIPIC) is then allowed to electronically notarize the documents without any paper involved.  It is a nationwide solution to the reduction of excessive paper usage.

1. Title Agents upload closing documents to the EscrowTab platform and assign to a signing agent (or TIPIC).
2. The signing agent (or TIPIC) meets the borrower in person, at any location, with a tablet ready for signing.
3. The documents are signed with the borrower's unique handwritten signature on every page!
4. Final Step: the documents are securely stored within EscrowTab's eVault and are ready to be delivered and retrieved by Title Agents.
